Price-fixing class action settlements
Antitrust settlements over prices, rents and fees that lawsuits say were kept artificially high, each checked on its official website.
These settlements come from antitrust lawsuits claiming companies agreed on prices or used rules that kept prices, rents or fees higher than they should have been. They often cover purchases from years ago, so check each settlement's date range and product list. Only file for settlements you qualify for: claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury.

What is a price-fixing settlement?
It resolves an antitrust lawsuit claiming companies agreed on prices, or used rules or shared software, in a way that raised what people paid. The defendants pay into a fund, usually without admitting wrongdoing, and a court must approve the deal.
How do I know if I qualify?
Read the class definition on the official settlement website. It lists the products, places and date range covered. Many cover purchases made years ago, so think back to what you bought or paid during that period.
Do I need receipts to file?
It depends on the settlement. Some let you estimate what you bought or paid without receipts, while others need records or pay more with them. Each card shows what that settlement asks for.
How much do price-fixing settlements pay?
Each card shows the payout as the official notice states it. Most are pro rata, so the amount depends on how much you bought or paid and how many valid claims are filed.
Where do I file?
Only on the official settlement website, and filing is always free. Each card links to our detail page and to the official claim form.
