What happens if I miss a settlement deadline?
Claims filed after the deadline are usually rejected, so you'd generally get nothing from that settlement. Some administrators accept late claims in rare cases, but don't count on it. File before the deadline on the official website.
Do deadlines ever change?
Yes. The court can move dates, for example if the final approval hearing is rescheduled. We list the deadline shown on the official settlement website when we last checked. Confirm it there before you file.
How fast can I file?
Many online claim forms take a few minutes, especially when no proof is needed. Have your contact details, any notice or claim ID you were sent, and any proof the form asks for ready before you start.
When will I get paid?
Usually months after the claim deadline. The court has to grant final approval, and appeals can add more time. Filing early doesn't usually mean you get paid sooner.
