Hidden fee class action settlements
Open settlements over fees added on top of the advertised price, such as delivery, ticket processing, venue and ATM fees, each checked on its official website.
These settlements come from lawsuits claiming companies charged fees that weren't clearly disclosed up front, or that were higher than they should have been. They usually cover people who paid a specific fee during a set date range, so an old order confirmation, receipt or bank statement can help you check. Only file for settlements you qualify for: claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury.

What is a hidden fee or junk fee settlement?
It resolves a lawsuit claiming a company added fees, such as delivery, processing or venue fees, that weren't clearly shown in the price or were misrepresented. The company pays into a fund or pays each eligible person, usually without admitting wrongdoing, and a court must approve the deal.
How do I know if I qualify?
Read the class definition on the official settlement website. It names the company, the fee and the date range covered. Order confirmation emails, receipts and bank or card statements are good ways to check whether you paid it.
Do I need a receipt to file?
Not always. Some settlements check claims against the company's own records, and some pay based on the fees you paid. Each card shows what that settlement asks for.
How much do fee settlements pay?
Each card shows the payout as the official notice states it. Some pay a fixed amount and others are pro rata, so the amount can depend on the fees you paid and how many valid claims are filed.
Where do I file?
Only on the official settlement website, and filing is always free. Each card links to our detail page and to the official claim form.
