Every settlement here was checked on its official, court-authorized website. Each entry lists who qualifies in plain words, what the official notice says it pays, whether you need proof, and the deadline.

Common questions
Straight answers about filing settlement claims.
Is it free to file a settlement claim?
Yes. Official settlement websites never charge a fee to file. If a site asks you to pay, or offers to file for a cut of your payout, you don't need it. You can file yourself on the official site.
How do I know a settlement site is the real one?
The official site names the court case (case name and number) and the settlement administrator, and it's usually listed in the court-approved notice. Every claim link on this page goes straight to the official settlement website or the administrator's claim portal.
When will I get paid?
Usually months after the deadline. The court has to grant final approval, and appeals can delay payment further. The payout amounts we list are what the official notice states; pro rata payments depend on how many people file.
Can I file if I don't have a receipt?
Often yes. Many settlements pay a smaller amount without proof. We note on each entry whether proof is required, optional, or something you should check on the claim form. Only file for settlements you actually qualify for; claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury.
